the VANGUARD investment fund moved in in january with tomas fontes and duncan harper buying up th hotel la azohia and on ave occidente they have filled our mail boxes with MAKE ME AN OFFER propaganda.. 4 neighbours have already sold out..
We locals don't want to lose what is labeled the best beach in southeast spain. clean water dolphins turtles and sea life not found in la manga campoamor la torre alicante cabo de gata..No plastic in the water. No glass on the sand. Beautiful mountains and the biggest doggy beach in spain which VANGUARD wants to buy and build as a hotel with underwater restaurant.

many dont live on la azohia but love its summer renting or winter renting ..the mountain bike paths the dog swimming.. the spa nearby.. the cheap restaurants..
